I welcome you to a safe, open, confidential space.

Recognising you’d like someone to listen and deeply support you is the first step towards making a change.

So many of us invest time in the health of our bodies, yet forget to look after the well-being of our mind and spirit.

When things feel difficult, we often feel so alone. Whilst each person’s experience is unique, it’s human nature to go through times where we feel...

  • ... anxious, overwhelmed and unable to cope
  • ... low in mood or depressed
  • ... confused, helpless and unable to change
  • ... isolated, lonely and struggling to connect
  • ... the impact of a traumatic life event or ongoing stressor
  • ... a lack of purpose and meaning in life

"Being listened to by someone who understands, makes it possible for people to listen more accurately to themselves."

No-one should have to go through difficult times alone. I’m a passionate believer in the transformational power of awareness and a trusted relationship.

As a senior student of mindfulness based psychotherapy, I offer individuals a warm supportive space where they can be heard without judgement and met with compassion. It’s an opportunity to take space solely for you, to explore and understand what's happening in your mind and body in the present moment. It’s also a place where you can be valued for who you are, reconnect with your inner resources and find a way back to wellness.

I offer short term or open-ended Psychotherapy to support those experiencing:

Stress • Relationship difficulties • Panic attacks • Anxiety • Chronic illness • Bereavement • Redundancy • Depression • Addiction • Trauma • Spiritual difficulties • Abuse
